Rewind is a cloud data backup and protection service for businesses of all sizes, backing up critical data in apps like Jira, GitHub, Confluence, and Shopify. The company is backed by Insight Partners, Inovia, Bessemer, and Atlassian Ventures, and was recognized as one of Canada's 50 fastest-growing technology companies (Deloitte Fast 50, 2023). As Product Marketing Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between product strategy and go-to-market execution. You'll own product launches end-to-end, develop positioning and messaging, build sales enablement programs, and drive demand generation. This is a hands-on role on a small, entrepreneurial team where you'll make independent decisions while collaborating closely with product managers, sales, and marketing partners. Key responsibilities include: - Planning and executing product launches, from strategy through launch day - Developing go-to-market strategies and marketing programs for new products and features - Creating positioning, messaging, and content aligned with target buyer personas - Becoming the expert on buyers, competitive landscape, and buyer journey - Building sales enablement materials, training, and tools (battlecards, collateral) - Using AI tools daily for market research, competitive analysis, messaging development, and asset creation - Building repeatable AI workflows and prompts for the broader marketing and sales teams - Measuring program performance and reporting on results - Representing products externally through speaking engagements and written work Rewind emphasizes a team-first, performance-driven culture with flexibility, customer centricity, and ownership. The role leverages AI extensively—you'll use tools like Claude Code for research, competitive analysis, launch planning, and sales enablement. If you're already proficient with AI, great; if you're strong on PMM fundamentals and curious about AI, the company will support your learning. Benefits include flexible work hours, employee stock options, health benefits, 3 weeks vacation, 7 life leave days, 2 Level Up professional development days, 1 volunteer day, Summer Fridays, paid parental leave, $2,000/year wellness allowance, and $5,000/year professional development allowance. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B, including product launches, positioning, and messaging - Sales enablement experience (training sellers, building battlecards and collateral) - Hands-on use of AI tools in daily work, or clear appetite to learn quickly (AI is core to this role; PMM fundamentals weighted more heavily than AI expertise) - Experience working with product teams to define product strategy - Comfort translating technical products into buyer value; technical background is a plus - Strong quantitative analytical skills and clear written/spoken communication in positioning, messaging, and storytelling - Customer-centric approach with experience talking directly to customers - Cross-functional diplomacy and ability to work independently on a small, fast-moving team - Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities NICE TO HAVE: - Experience building AI workflows or automations for marketing or sales teams
