Replit is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive growth and adoption of its core creation products, including Design and Slides. This is a hands-on, strategic role at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Growth, Brand, and Creative teams. You will own positioning and go-to-market strategy for Replit's core products, translating complex product capabilities into clear, audience-focused narratives. Your responsibilities include developing positioning grounded in customer needs, leading product launches, identifying and testing new channels for sustained adoption, tracking the competitive landscape, and bringing market feedback back to the product team. Key responsibilities: - Develop and own positioning and growth strategy for Design and Slides products - Create audience-focused narratives and identify new use cases and channels - Build and execute programs that drive adoption, engagement, and conversion - Track competitors and synthesize customer insights into actionable messaging and go-to-market decisions - Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to translate market feedback into product improvements - Move fluidly from strategy development through execution and market delivery You should be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with 4+ years of experience growing product-led, consumer, prosumer, creative, or developer-focused products. Deep product understanding, strong writing skills, and a track record of finding creative growth channels are essential. This role requires someone who can develop strategy, write compelling narratives, and execute across multiple teams to bring initiatives to market. Replit is the agentic software creation platform enabling anyone to build applications using natural language, with millions of users worldwide. The company is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
