Remodel Health is transforming employer-sponsored healthcare by shifting from traditional group health insurance plans to personalized, cost-effective solutions through Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA). The company serves organizations ranging from small nonprofits and faith-based institutions to large for-profit enterprises. The Product Marketing Manager serves as a strategic bridge between Product, Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams. This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, translating product innovations into clear market value propositions, and equipping internal teams with messaging, content, and tools to drive growth. Key responsibilities include: - Owning competitive intelligence and voice-of-customer research, converting insights into marketing, product, and sales-facing assets - Developing and owning product messaging, positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies - Creating compelling narratives that explain customer problems, product solutions, technical integrations, and business outcomes aligned with Remodel's brand promise - Collaborating with marketing and sales enablement to maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, competitive positioning materials, and objection-handling frameworks - Acting as connective tissue across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS. You should have a track record leading product launches and cross-functional initiatives, strong project management skills, and the ability to simplify complex products into clear, differentiated messaging. An analytical mindset with experience interpreting customer and market data is essential. Healthcare, benefits, HR technology, or SaaS experience is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred. This is a hybrid role based in downtown Indianapolis, requiring four days per week in-office with Fridays as work-from-home.
