Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform, enabling users to trade on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. The platform aggregated $21B in trading volume in 2025 and is positioned as an alternative news source reflecting collective expectations about future events. As Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market motion for Polymarket's product launches and feature releases. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Growth, Design, and Communications. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the GTM launch calendar end-to-end, maintaining feature definitions, launch briefs, and ship dates across teams - Collaborating with Product to integrate competitive intelligence and audience insights into product decisions - Developing positioning and messaging for new features and market verticals, from one-liners to copy direction for social, email, push, and in-app channels - Building and executing channel plans for launches, coordinating across Growth, Design, and Comms - Tracking launch performance, reporting on results, and feeding learnings back to the product team - Running post-mortems after major launches and translating findings into repeatable process improvements - Compressing full launch plans into short sprints when breaking news or live events demand rapid execution You should have owned at least one B2C go-to-market launch end-to-end, with demonstrated ability to write sharp, specific product messaging that translates complex mechanics into clear user value propositions. You're a proven cross-functional operator who keeps teams aligned without becoming a bottleneck. You're comfortable with speed and have examples of compressing multi-week plans into short windows around live moments while maintaining brand and compliance standards. Experience with competitive positioning based on market and user research, strong written communication skills, and genuine interest in news, sports, politics, or markets are essential. Event-driven marketing experience tied to live sports, elections, or breaking news is a plus.
