Pluralsight is seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to shape how the market experiences its learning platform products. You'll own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption and revenue impact.
Key responsibilities include developing differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise and technical buyers, translating complex technical capabilities into clear narratives. You'll ensure messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints—from sales conversations to web and campaign content. You'll create comprehensive sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, and product collateral, and lead training sessions to help Sales and Customer Success teams articulate product value effectively.
You'll gather and synthesize market and competitive intelligence, maintaining a continuous view of the competitive landscape, buyer behavior, and win/loss analysis to sharpen positioning. You'll support analyst relations by contributing to briefings with firms like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC. Additionally, you'll partner strategically with Product to capture market insights that inform messaging and roadmap decisions, and contribute to pricing and packaging analysis.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of B2B enterprise product marketing experience (or 3+ years with an advanced degree) with a proven track record of leading product launches and go-to-market efforts in fast-moving SaaS environments. You're an exceptional writer who can explain complex ideas with clarity and persuasion. You operate as a high-impact partner, bringing critical thinking and accountability across teams. Experience with learning platforms, developer tools, technical products, or product-led growth is valued. You're comfortable with ambiguity, bias toward action, and can build consensus and influence without authority. Travel up to 25% is required.
