You will join as a Product Marketing Manager reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, leading the creation and optimization of a global cross-functional GTM Pod—a small, agile squad focused on growing a specific product area. This is a strategic role bridging product, sales, and marketing to accelerate commercial growth and build Payhawk's product-led brand. Key responsibilities include: - Become an expert on buying audiences, customers, and personas; centralize this understanding across the organization - Develop deep market expertise: competitor positioning, target audience pain points, and relevant tech ecosystem dynamics - Create and oversee product positioning, value propositions, and messaging; ensure consistent rollout and iteration - Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to produce impactful campaigns and content across the customer lifecycle - Partner with Product on strategy, roadmap definition, and Design Sprints to research go-to-market propositions for new features - Lead competitive enablement for Sales and Product teams - Oversee goals, strategy, and execution for product and feature launches - Act as a conduit between Product and Commercial teams to ensure alignment - Track and measure win rate, deal velocity, pipeline, adoption, and expansion metrics; continuously iterate You are data-driven, a strong collaborator with high attention to detail, and passionate about both commercial and technical aspects of SaaS. You excel at synthesizing information to create compelling go-to-market strategies. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B product marketing or equivalent experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth startups, with strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
