Outset has invented AI-powered user interviews, enabling global brands like HubSpot, Microsoft, Uber, and Nestle to conduct qualitative research at unprecedented speed and scale. The company recently raised a $30M Series B (December 2025) from top-tier investors including Radical Ventures, M12 (Microsoft's venture arm), 8VC, Y Combinator, and Adverb Ventures, following 8x business growth in the prior year.
You will own go-to-market strategy, positioning, and product storytelling as the Product Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact role requiring both strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature enhancements
- Owning product messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation across all channels
- Conducting market research and customer insights work to identify needs, trends, and growth opportunities
- Creating sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, playbooks) to equip Sales and Customer Success teams
- Partnering with content and growth teams to align product marketing strategy and create lifecycle-focused messaging
- Ensuring customers are featured prominently in all content and creating customer-specific materials to support sales
- Developing deep competitive intelligence and training the team on differentiators and competitive selling strategies
- Implementing modern tools, AI, and workflows for product, ecosystem, campaign, and content marketing, including demos, videos, and resources
- Driving awareness and adoption through compelling narratives and expert storytelling
You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
- Proven success managing full-cycle product launches or go-to-market initiatives
- Strong understanding of buyer journeys, market segmentation, and competitive analysis
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working across functions
- Comfort with and/or ability to quickly learn competitive intelligence, content creation/video, sales enablement, and design tools
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment

- Experience at companies selling to researchers, designers, or product managers
- Founding PMM experience
