OurRitual is a relationship support platform combining expert-led sessions with in-app tools and AI support to help couples and individuals improve communication, connection, and daily habits. The company pairs members with real relationship experts alongside digital pathways for continuous growth between sessions. As Product Marketing Manager, you will own the full product marketing function: positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategy for new features, offers, and programs. You'll be a performance-minded growth partner who translates funnel and lifecycle data into marketing decisions, sitting at the intersection of Growth, Product, Data, and Content. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and own end-to-end product marketing: positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and GTM planning for launches and new offerings - Partner closely with Product Managers to understand roadmap early and translate product decisions into customer-facing narratives - Collaborate with lifecycle and retention marketing to optimize messaging and offers across the full funnel—onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back - Use performance and product data to inform positioning and campaign decisions; work directly with numbers rather than relying on summaries - Align acquisition and paid marketing messaging with what actually converts and retains downstream - Work with content teams to brief, guide, and refine customer-facing copy and materials (without owning day-to-day production) - Proactively identify opportunities and gaps; propose plans and prioritize your own roadmap - Bring strategic perspective to product growth and advocate for big-picture thinking, even when it means pushing back on proposals Requirements: - Several years of product marketing or closely related growth/marketing experience, ideally at a subscription or consumer product company - Demonstrated experience working with lifecycle or retention marketing teams, with practical understanding of down-funnel optimization - Strong data literacy: ability to analyze performance data independently, draw conclusions, and connect insights back to marketing strategy and positioning - Track record of self-directed work; can take loosely defined problems, prioritize independently, and drive to results with minimal direction - Excellent judgment balancing big-picture strategy with detailed metric and copy analysis - Cross-functional collaboration skills with product managers, acquisition marketers, data teams, and content creators as a peer partner - Genuinely enthusiastic, professional, low-ego collaborator committed to high-trust teamwork
