As Product Marketing Manager, you will own how Metaview takes its products to market. You'll translate customer, market, and product insights into clear positioning, compelling narratives, and effective go-to-market programs. Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you'll help customers understand the value of the AI agents and equip internal teams to communicate that value with precision. Key responsibilities include: - Leading positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new products and capabilities - Planning and executing product launches in partnership with Product and customer-facing teams - Developing deep understanding of customers, buyers, competitors, and the recruiting technology market - Turning customer insights into clear narratives, case studies, sales collateral, and enablement materials - Equipping Sales and Customer Success with knowledge and tools to communicate product value effectively - Measuring impact of product marketing initiatives and continuously improving approach The company operates on four core principles: Velocity (optimize for learning and action), Hospitality (delight customers and colleagues), Transparency (share context openly), and End-to-end (deliver outcomes, not just tasks). QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: - Experience owning product marketing for B2B technology products - Strong product and technical fluency; ability to go hands-on, understand how products work, and become the internal expert - Strong customer and market research skills with judgment to turn insights into action - Business acumen and GTM instinct; ability to connect product decisions to ICP, competition, sales motion, adoption, and revenue - Excellent writing and communication skills with high standards for craft - High agency, low ego, and bias toward action in fast-moving environments
