Laurel is an AI-powered time intelligence platform serving professional services firms (accounting, law, consulting). The company processes over 1 billion work activities annually and counts EY, Aprio, Crowell & Moring, and Frost Brown Todd among its clients. Laurel's proprietary ML technology automates work time capture and connects time data to business outcomes, helping firms increase profitability and make data-driven decisions. As Product Marketing Manager, you'll report to the Principal Product Marketer and serve as the execution engine for product marketing operations. Your core mission is translating Laurel's technical capabilities into clear, credible messaging and building the sales enablement assets that drive pipeline and win rates. Key responsibilities include: developing deep technical command of the product and its integrations; building and maintaining sales enablement assets (pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, demo scripts, objection guides); maintaining the master sales deck and ensuring all derivative materials stay aligned; translating technical capabilities into value-based messaging for technical and business audiences; supporting competitive intelligence and keeping comparison materials current; partnering with sales to identify field gaps and create targeted enablement content; contributing to solution briefs, data sheets, and feature launches; and organizing the enablement library for easy discovery and use. You'll own the complete sales enablement library, master deck maintenance, demo scripts, objection-handling guides, competitive comparison materials, technical collateral, launch enablement, the buyer persona library, and end-to-end product launches. This is an operationalization role—you work within an established positioning framework, keeping it sharp and making it effortless for the sales team to execute. You bring 4+ years of B2B product marketing, sales enablement, or related experience. You're technically fluent, comfortable diving deep into software products and explaining them simply to diverse audiences. You have a proven track record building enablement assets that sales teams actually use. You write clearly, work collaboratively, and stay close to the field. Nice-to-haves include sales engineering background, experience marketing technical products to enterprise buyers, familiarity with professional services/legal/financial sectors, and knowledge of enablement tooling. Laurel is backed by Google Ventures, IVP, Anthos, Upfront Ventures, and notable individuals including Marc Benioff, Gokul Rajaram, Kevin Weil, and Alexis Ohanian. The team is smart, collaborative, and inclusive. Benefits include equity, 401K, and bi-annual in-person company off-sites.
