Hudu is a fast-growing SaaS platform built exclusively for IT professionals and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The platform provides a unified, secure place to store, organize, and share passwords, network documentation, processes, assets, client knowledge, and more—replacing scattered spreadsheets, outdated wikis, and disconnected tools.
As Product Marketing Manager, you will own how the market understands Hudu: positioning, messaging, competitive story, product launches, and sales enablement materials. You'll work directly with the VP of Marketing, product, sales, customer success, and a senior content strategist who translates your work into website, blog, and email content for buyers. Your work will appear on the website, in every sales call, and in how customers adopt new features.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop positioning and messaging frameworks tailored to each audience: MSPs, internal IT teams, and segments in between.
- Own competitive research and comparison documentation, including capability facts, claims, migration narratives, objection handling, and win/loss insights. Ensure all competitive claims are factual and fair.
- Present product benefits and values confidently in person and on webinars.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and major releases, from positioning brief through sales enablement to post-launch adoption.
- Create sales enablement materials: decks, one-pagers, battlecards, talk tracks, and demo narratives that reps actually use.
- Set and approve product and competitive messaging on hudu.com.
- Partner with Customer Success and Growth on campaigns driving adoption and expansion of products like Hudu Radar.
- Conduct customer interviews, win/loss reviews, and review-site analysis; share insights with product, leadership, and content teams.
- Track pipeline influenced, competitive win rates, launch adoption, and enablement usage; adjust strategy based on results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product marketing, including at least 3 years in B2B SaaS.
- Experience marketing to IT professionals, MSPs, or other technical buyers. Time in the MSP ecosystem (PSA, RMM, documentation, or security tools) is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated launches with measurable results you can explain.
- Clear, plain writing ability; can describe technical features in one sentence that busy technicians believe.
- Competitive positioning that stays factual and respectful.
- Ability to set your own priorities and ship without a large team.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM. Familiarity with SEO and AI search (AEO) is a plus.
