Hisense USA seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive product marketing strategy and execution for assigned product categories. This individual contributor role owns the end-to-end go-to-market process, translating R&D and HQ product direction into compelling U.S. market messaging and consumer-facing materials.
Key responsibilities include developing product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation narratives for U.S. consumers and retail partners. You will coordinate new product introduction (NPI) planning across channels, manage launch messaging and product toolkits, and ensure consistent messaging across packaging, product detail pages, training, PR, and retail materials.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including channel marketing on retail programs and exclusives, e-commerce on PDP content and optimization, training on sales enablement, PR on product reviews and influencer partnerships, and sales on selling materials and line reviews. You'll maintain NPI timelines and processes, track readiness across assets and channel execution, and prepare regular status updates for leadership.
The role includes performance tracking and optimization—monitoring sell-through, product reviews, retailer performance, and competitive activity to recommend improvements to messaging, positioning, and future launches. You'll manage multiple projects and deadlines while supporting the broader product marketing function.
Required: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; 3+ years of product marketing, brand marketing, channel marketing, or related experience (consumer electronics or CPG preferred). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; experience supporting product launches and go-to-market plans; excellent written and verbal communication; familiarity with e-commerce platforms and U.S. retail/e-commerce landscape; ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed.
Preferred: Consumer electronics, technology, home entertainment, or durable goods industry experience; cross-cultural team experience; major retailer support (Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon, Costco); Mandarin language skills.
