Heidi Health is building AI-powered clinical tools that reduce administrative burden on healthcare providers. The company has achieved significant traction—73 million patient visits processed in 18 months, 2.5 million patient sessions weekly across 190+ countries—with a core product (medical scribe) that clinicians actively use. As Product Marketing Manager, you will own feature launches end-to-end, from discovery and positioning through launch and post-launch analysis. You'll focus on specific clinician segments and measure what each launch delivers to inform iteration. Key responsibilities include: differentiating Heidi's offerings through competitive positioning and customer storytelling; enabling product-led and sales-led growth motions by creating battlecards, demo scripts, one-pagers, and decks; grounding positioning decisions in win/loss analysis, sales calls, and customer research; and translating technical features into clear customer benefits. You'll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and clinical teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. The role demands excellent writing, execution, and stakeholder management skills, plus a data-driven, problem-solving mindset. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, willing to wear multiple hats, and motivated by real-world healthcare impact over vanity metrics. Heidi values sustainable performance, trusts outcomes over process, and operates with a mission-driven culture focused on strengthening clinician-patient relationships. The company offers competitive benefits including equity, $1,000 annual L&D budget, $150/month wellness allowance, $500 home office budget, generous parental leave (26 weeks primary, 18 weeks secondary), fertility support up to $10,000, and four weeks annual work-from-anywhere flexibility.
