Hadean is building next-generation defence technology, specializing in AI-powered digital wargaming and Command & Control systems for defence organizations and militaries worldwide. We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for our three core AI and simulation-powered products: populAI, dominAI, and optimAI. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role reporting to leadership. You'll shape how the market understands and buys Hadean's solutions, working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and executive teams. Key Responsibilities: Positioning & Messaging: Own and evolve positioning and messaging frameworks for our products, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives for defense, intelligence, and allied government buyers. Conduct deep audience research across buyers, end-users, and procurement stakeholders to uncover jobs-to-be-done in restricted environments. Maintain and iterate messaging frameworks that flex across sectors, personas, and geographies, including marketecture diagrams. Go-to-Market Execution: Build and execute go-to-market plans for new product features and major releases, defining launch objectives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and measuring performance. Partner with Product to influence roadmap decisions by surfacing market signals, competitive pressure, and buyer feedback. Identify and activate appropriate channels and events for government audiences, including industry conferences, briefings, and partner ecosystems. Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, RFI/RFP response language, capability briefs, and demo talk tracks. Train the Sales team on positioning, objection handling, and competitive differentiators while maintaining message consistency. Competitive & Market Intelligence: Own the competitive intelligence programme, monitoring the landscape and translating findings into actionable positioning adjustments. Track procurement trends, budget cycles, and emerging requirements. Produce market intelligence reports for executive leadership. Required Experience: 8+ years of product marketing in B2B or B2G software; prior experience at high-growth tech companies strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record owning the full PMM lifecycle: research, positioning, messaging, launch, and enablement. Experience marketing to government and defense customers, including understanding of procurement constraints and information handling requirements. Proven ability to distill technically complex products into clear language for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience supporting multi-geography go-to-market efforts across US Federal and international allied markets. Required Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. Ability to listen and understand diverse stakeholders. Capacity to assimilate complex concepts and identify strategic opportunities. Strategic thinker with bias for execution. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing sensitive information. Highly collaborative and able to influence across functions. Detail-oriented and able to ship good work quickly. Technical background highly desirable. Ability to obtain and maintain US Top Secret Clearance. Hybrid role based in Arlington, VA (3 days per week in office). Competitive benefits include share options, health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, flexible working, 3 extra days off at Christmas, L&D budget, and regular team socials.
