DOSS is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to drive market positioning and sales enablement for its AI-native operations cloud platform. The role is a senior individual contributor position reporting into the marketing function at a Series B company ($55M raise, co-led by Madrona and Premji Invest) serving fast-growing consumer brands and physical product businesses.
Key responsibilities include: developing positioning and campaign messaging that resonates with the ideal customer profile; increasing win rates by sharpening competitive differentiation and arming sales with battlecards and objection handling; reducing sales cycle length through discovery framing and rep enablement; optimizing customer acquisition cost by coordinating messaging across demand gen, brand, and product teams; feeding product insights and competitive intelligence to the engineering roadmap; owning competitive intelligence as an ongoing motion; conducting win/loss analysis to inform sales enablement and product strategy; managing product and feature launch processes; and building ecosystem presence through communities, influencers, analysts, and partners.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product marketing experience at scale-up stage companies where they built the function from the ground up. Domain expertise in ERP, supply chain, or inventory management is required—you should understand the buyer's problem without translation. You have a proven track record of translating complex product capabilities into compelling, differentiated narratives that resonate emotionally with buyers. You work comfortably with product and engineering teams, translating technical capabilities into market language bidirectionally. You have a bias toward finding differentiation rather than repeating competitor claims. The role requires in-person presence in San Francisco five days per week.
Compensation includes competitive salary, meaningful equity, 100% premium medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with immediate eligibility, daily in-office lunch, flexible PTO, commuter and equipment stipends, wellness stipend, generous parental leave, and relocation assistance.
