Charta Health is building an AI-powered operating system for modern healthcare organizations, streamlining workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions. The company is backed by Bain Capital Ventures and is on a mission to make healthcare infrastructure more efficient and accountable. This Product Marketing Manager role is not a traditional PMM position focused on one-off asset creation. Instead, you'll function as a go-to-market general manager who owns your business unit end-to-end, drives pipeline generation, and becomes the company's foremost expert on your target buyers. Key responsibilities include: 1. Audience Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of your buyers—their motivations, objections, and preferred communication channels. You'll understand your market better than anyone else in the organization, including account executives. 2. Strategy & Direction: Serve as the "headlights" for your business unit. You'll guide demand generation on timely campaign opportunities, advise sales on effective buyer messaging, and inform product prioritization based on market intelligence. 3. Pipeline Ownership: You carry the pipeline number for your business unit. Your success is measured by real business outcomes—pipeline generation that compounds across demand gen campaigns and field marketing events. 4. Sales Enablement: Create compelling collateral, presentations, and messaging frameworks that elevate account executives from transactional representatives to consultants. 5. Internal Alignment: Be the authoritative voice on how the organization communicates with your target audience across all functions. You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership without waiting for direction, and are energized by direct buyer engagement. You excel at translating complex healthcare operations into clear, compelling narratives. You have 4+ years of product marketing experience, preferably at a high-growth B2B startup, and want to be evaluated on measurable business impact rather than tactical output.
