Ankar is building R&D infrastructure and tools for the AI era, helping companies manage intellectual property and innovation at scale. The company has raised $24M+ from top-tier VCs (Atomico, Index Ventures) and works with Fortune 500 clients like L'Oréal and major law firms. As Product Marketing Manager, you'll shape how the world understands Ankar's product by translating complex technical innovation into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption and commercial impact. You'll own product launches end-to-end—from positioning and messaging through customer communication, sales enablement, and post-launch adoption. You'll develop messaging frameworks, positioning statements, and storytelling that explain not just what the product does, but why it matters and the problems it solves. You'll drive customer adoption and education by creating product communications, release notes, in-product announcements, and educational resources that help customers discover and use new capabilities. You'll bridge Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams, ensuring product developments are communicated clearly and consistently across every customer touchpoint. As the company scales, you'll establish repeatable processes for launches, customer communication, and feedback loops. You'll need 3+ years in Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Marketing, or similar customer-facing product roles in B2B SaaS. You should have experience owning launches from positioning through adoption, exceptional written communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences, and thrive in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and measurable outcomes. Ankar operates with high autonomy, moving quickly and shipping often based on customer feedback. The culture values first-principles thinking, building with precision and taste, and competitive execution. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, direct contribution, and openness to challenge and iteration. The team works 3 days/week in the Shoreditch office with flexibility otherwise. Benefits include private health/dental, pension matching, team meals, cycle-to-work scheme, and visa sponsorship.
