Revolut is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy across the Americas. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on building market-specific value propositions and driving product adoption in fast-moving new markets. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting deep market research across the Americas to understand local customer behaviors, competitive dynamics, and regulatory landscapes - Developing and optimizing market-specific value propositions in partnership with global product marketing teams - Leading creative direction and art direction for campaigns, working with designers to create bold, attention-grabbing assets - Designing and executing high-velocity experiments across channels and messaging to identify winning approaches - Building attribution models with Data and Operations teams to measure campaign impact on business metrics - Managing positioning, creative briefs, and cross-functional coordination across departments and geographies - Communicating performance metrics and recommending strategic course corrections Required qualifications: - 5+ years in consumer product, growth, or product marketing at fast-paced global tech companies, ideally with market entry or international expansion experience - Strong understanding of fintech/payments products and competitive/regulatory landscape in the Americas - Demonstrated expertise in art direction and creative concept development, not just brief-writing - Exceptional copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone and complexity for diverse audiences and markets - Analytical mindset to extract insights from data and prove ROI - Ability to manage complex, multi-market campaigns with cross-functional coordination - Bias for action, autonomy, and rapid iteration Revolut is a fintech super app with 75+ million customers offering spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel products.
