OneTrust is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive product marketing for its AI Governance solution. You will serve as a key liaison between product management, marketing, and sales, leveraging technical expertise and storytelling to shape messaging, create content, and execute product launches that enable sales teams and drive adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
Voice of the Customer: Deeply understand the ideal customer profile (ICP) and buyer personas for AI Governance, including their business challenges, goals, and market trends. Synthesize customer, field, and market feedback to inform messaging, launches, and product direction.
Messaging & Positioning: Articulate the product value proposition clearly, highlighting impact for target buyers. Communicate AI Governance within OneTrust's broader platform while establishing the company's unique perspective. Create compelling customer materials including pitch decks, datasheets, case studies, battlecards, and training resources.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Partner on GTM strategy for product launches and release moments to improve adoption and growth. Execute strategy by driving cross-functional alignment. Work closely with Sales to ensure they have product knowledge and sales guidance to act as trusted advisors.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies. Update the team on industry trends, competitor moves, and opportunities. Support analyst relations including briefing prep, survey inputs, and narrative development.
Demand Generation Support: Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to develop and execute campaigns driving awareness and lead generation.
Customer Advocacy: Foster relationships with key customers to gather insights, develop case studies, support advisory boards, and create industry advocates.
Leadership and Influence: Demonstrate strong collaboration skills to foster alignment across product, marketing, sales, customer success, and other teams. Influence without authority, driving clarity and momentum across stakeholders.
Required qualifications: BA/BS in marketing, business, or engineering (or equivalent); 5+ years of product marketing experience at a SaaS or high-tech company; strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; customer-centric mindset with empathy for users and buyers.
