Rho is a modern banking platform built for startups, enabling users to open accounts, issue cards, manage expenses, pay bills, and close books in one connected platform. The Product Marketing Lead owns how Rho shows up across positioning, product launches, website messaging, and go-to-market playbooks, reporting to the VP of Marketing.
Key responsibilities include leading new market entries by owning positioning, narrative, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning against incumbents. You'll own the story for Rho Labs, the company's advanced AI product work, making frontier capabilities legible to customers, investors, and the market. You'll manage the launch calendar as single owner of sequencing, readiness, and go/no-go decisions across all product releases, determining what ships loud, quiet, or needs more time.
You'll partner with Sales to translate product capabilities into field-ready narratives, competitive positioning, and objection handling. You'll develop SMB go-to-market strategy by translating segment research into sharp ICP definitions, customer-centric messaging, and entry playbooks. You own rho.co messaging end-to-end, including narrative, page architecture, copy, and launch pages, shipping changes directly.
You'll run continuous customer interview cadences, synthesizing insights that drive decisions across sales, growth, creative, and product teams. You'll build customer marketing programs including case studies, references, testimonials, and advocate development. You'll manage and develop Rho's product marketer.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in product marketing with at least one new category or product line entry owned end-to-end. You understand agentic AI products credibly and can explain them without hype. You've personally built and published pages, tools, or campaigns. You've built ICPs and segmentation from primary research and behavioral data. You conduct customer calls yourself and translate them into decisions. You're a systems thinker who builds playbooks and insight loops, not just deliverables. You've managed at least one person and write fast, clean copy in customer language.
