Celonis is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the Executive Briefing Center (EBC), a world-class program that hosts C-suite decision-makers for high-impact, tailored briefings designed to advance strategic deals and deepen customer relationships. The EBC has been recognized as the world's Best New Executive Briefing Center Program by the Association of Briefing Managers and is a measurable driver of pipeline and customer value.
In this role, you will design and execute the future of how enterprise executives experience Celonis' process intelligence platform. You will pioneer AI-native, multisensory briefing experiences that translate complex process data into compelling narratives and interactive demonstrations.
Key responsibilities include:
**Experience Design & AI-Native Storytelling**: Craft bold, consistent executive narratives that resonate with C-suite audiences. Build an AI-assisted content engine that personalizes and adapts each briefing in real time based on the visiting executive's industry, process priorities, and business challenges. Design immersive, cinematic assets including presentations, messaging frameworks, scripts, and interactive multimedia.
**Living Catalog & Session Curation**: Own an adaptive catalog that evolves with every product launch and go-to-market shift. Orchestrate briefing agendas as cohesive narrative arcs. Continuously retire stale content and prototype next-generation experiences to keep the program at the frontier of innovation.
**Immersive Showcase & Demo Innovation**: Own the creative vision and end-to-end impact of interactive EBC showcases. Design multisensory, touch-driven, and spatial experiences that allow executives to explore their own process data. Partner with design agencies and creative technologists to prototype and deploy immersive experiences including AR/VR, live data visualization, and interactive installations. Establish testing and refresh cadences to ensure flawless delivery during high-stakes executive visits.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work directly with sales leadership, product marketing, speakers, and subject-matter experts to shape session narratives and align talking points to briefing goals. Track engagement and feedback, tying briefing outcomes to pipeline impact and customer value metrics.
This is a strategic role that combines creative vision, marketing acumen, and operational excellence to create world-class executive experiences that drive business results.
