Datacor is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions—including ERP, CRM, asset tracking, simulation, and formulation tools—for the process manufacturing industry. The company serves customers in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and related sectors, helping them optimize product design, safety, and efficiency.
You will join the marketing team as Product Marketing Manager for Datacor's engineering simulation software division. This role bridges technical expertise with customer-focused storytelling, ensuring the company's simulation solutions are clearly differentiated and compelling to engineers, plant operators, and decision-makers.
Key responsibilities include:
**Market Positioning & Messaging:** Develop differentiated product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for engineering simulation solutions across multiple industries and applications. Communicate how Datacor's software enhances mechanical and chemical engineering process design and analysis.
**Content & Collateral:** Create technical and commercial content including product briefs, blog posts, technical papers, case studies, and webinars that translate complex concepts into accessible narratives for target audiences.
**Go-to-Market Strategy:** Support product launches and market expansion initiatives. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and market readiness.
**Customer Insights:** Gather and synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform product strategy and positioning refinements.
**Execution:** The marketing team is lean and high-output; you will be energized by both strategy and hands-on execution.
Ideal candidate: Engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, or related discipline) combined with 3–5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in technical B2B SaaS, manufacturing software, or simulation tools. Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions. Excellent writing and communication skills. Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
