Possible is a consumer fintech company that has delivered over $1 billion in funding to more than 1 million customers while saving them over $500 million. The company is building a new kind of consumer finance platform focused on helping people stay out of debt rather than profiting from keeping them in it.
The Product Marketing Lead is a high-execution, high-impact individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and brand, and is responsible for competitive intelligence, customer and market insights, positioning and messaging, go-to-market strategy for launches, trust and category education, and lifecycle and retention narratives.
Key responsibilities include building and scaling a competitive intelligence program that monitors consumer trends, competitors, pricing, features, and go-to-market activities. You'll partner with company leadership and cross-functional teams to define product tiering, pricing, packaging, and market positioning for both existing and new offerings. The role involves influencing company-wide product strategy and roadmap prioritization by bringing market, customer, and competitive insights into decision-making.
You'll own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products and features, from customer insights and positioning through launch execution. This includes defining and driving positioning, messaging, and promotional strategy for the Possible platform, individual products, membership tiers, and features based on customer insights and data. You'll partner with User Research to drive research objectives and use both qualitative and quantitative data to continuously improve product adoption and retention.
The role requires comfort with data, analytics, and customer research tools like Sigma, Amplitude, Databricks, and Fullstory. You'll work cross-functionally with PMs, engineering managers, and leadership to translate technical concepts into clear customer-facing benefits and stories. This is a high-autonomy role built for ownership-driven individuals who operate with agency, low ego, and collaborative spirit as Possible transitions into a multi-product platform.
