Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace transforming the global diamond and gemstone industry, connecting buyers and sellers worldwide and processing $300M+ in annual transactions. The company is unlocking a $350B industry opportunity by making diamond trading fairer, more efficient, and accessible to businesses of all sizes.
As Product Marketing Lead, you will own how Nivoda positions and explains itself to the market. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role focused on building the foundation for all go-to-market efforts. You will define positioning, messaging, and the narrative that resonates with independent jewellers and drives them to switch to Nivoda.
Key responsibilities include: owning Nivoda's positioning and messaging strategy; leading go-to-market execution for new product launches; building competitive intelligence to maintain market advantage; creating sales enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, talk tracks) that arm the sales team with consistent, compelling narratives; managing core product and positioning messaging on website and signup pages; shaping pricing and packaging storytelling; feeding tested messaging into demand generation and content campaigns; conducting customer research, win/loss analysis, and translating insights into sharper positioning; and partnering closely with product and growth teams to ensure alignment between what is built and how it is communicated.
You will start as a senior IC with real end-to-end ownership of product marketing. As the company grows, there is opportunity to build a function beneath you, but this role prioritizes hands-on execution over delegation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B or marketplace companies, with a proven track record of positioning and launches that moved business metrics. You are a builder who prefers writing messaging and shipping decks to handing off work. You excel at taking complex concepts and making them simple, sharp, and persuasive. You think strategically about positioning, market definition, and customer segments. You are comfortable with data and customer research, grounding decisions in evidence. You work well cross-functionally, especially with sales and product teams, and build trust quickly. You are comfortable operating as a senior IC on a small team, building process from scratch, with ambition to grow the function over time. You are AI-forward, constantly testing new tools and exploring AI applications to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Nice-to-have experience includes marketing to small business owners or retail audiences, marketplace or product-led growth backgrounds, sales enablement for SDR or inside-sales motions, competitive intelligence or win/loss program management, and genuine interest in jewellery, retail, or craft.
