Agentio is building the infrastructure for a generational shift in digital advertising—automating how brands buy creator-led ads at scale. The company has raised $56M at a $340M valuation (Series B led by Forerunner) and is backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups 2025 and Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026.
As the first Product Marketing Lead, you'll own how Agentio's product comes to market—from ICP definition and positioning through launch execution and sales enablement. You'll report to the VP of Marketing and work directly with the CEO, CTO, and Sales and Product leaders to shape the company's narrative and ensure every launch lands with precision.
Key responsibilities include:
**Positioning & Messaging**: Define ICP, positioning, and messaging for core products and new launches. Translate complex ad-tech and AI capabilities into clear, credible narratives that resonate with sophisticated buyers. Build and maintain messaging frameworks—personas, use cases, competitive positioning—aligned with brand narrative.
**Product Launches & Go-to-Market**: Lead end-to-end launch planning and execution, including phased rollout plans, milestone definitions, exit criteria, adoption metrics, and activation strategies. Own the product launch calendar and communications planning in partnership with Growth and Comms. Partner with Product and Sales to ensure every launch is backed by the right narrative, materials, and timing.
**Sales Enablement**: Ship the full enablement bundle—one-pagers, pitch decks, talk tracks, demo scripts, video assets, website and email copy. Standardize sales materials and messaging. Serve as the bridge between Product and Sales, bringing customer voice back to the product team.
**Measurement & Adoption**: Instrument KPIs through the full funnel from pitch to close to onboarding to retention. Work with CEO and CTO to define success metrics for each launch and continuously improve based on results.
You'll need 8+ years of product marketing experience with proven 0→1 B2B PMM experience and end-to-end launch ownership. You should have exceptional narrative and positioning instincts, deep understanding of marketing and advertising industry dynamics, and strong cross-functional leadership skills. Experience influencing product decisions in tech-driven environments is essential. You're analytical and data-driven, with strong storytelling skills and a clear communication style that connects with both technical and non-technical audiences. A deep obsession with using AI tools and LLMs to gain leverage is required. Familiarity with and passion for the creator economy and digital advertising is a plus.
