As Product Marketing Launch Manager, you will own the organization and execution of monthly product drops and twice-yearly major launches. This is a cross-functional coordination role requiring strong project management, planning, and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate launch activities with product marketing, enablement, campaigns, communications, social, web, and field teams
- Create and maintain detailed launch plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication
- Run launch planning meetings, retrospectives, and status updates
- Partner with product marketing and product management across multiple product lines
- Drive process improvement by identifying duplicative or ineffective workflows
- Meet aggressive deadlines through problem-solving, clear goal-setting, and proactive follow-up
- Communicate launch plans, goals, and status clearly to stakeholders and team members
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of product marketing and product launch experience with software or technology products
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or IT
- Proven background in project/program management and software marketing launch/release management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, Communications, Product Management, and Engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong people and project management capabilities
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Adaptability, collaboration mindset, and driver mentality
Preferred: Domain expertise in SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS platforms.
