As Product Marketing Manager for Enterprise, you'll be a dedicated partner to the enterprise sales organization, building narratives, decks, and business-value content that help close complex, strategic deals. This is a hands-on role on a small, ambitious product marketing team where you'll spend time understanding deals deeply: shaping stories for specific prospects, translating technical proofs-of-concept into business cases for CFOs, and turning customer wins into reusable assets for the broader enterprise sales team.
Key responsibilities include: building and continuously refining Omni's core enterprise sales decks and customizing them for specific industries, personas, and opportunities; partnering with Enterprise Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to develop deal-specific content such as ROI narratives, executive one-pagers, and business cases; capturing customer wins as compelling story presentations and reference content; translating technical concepts into business value content for economic buyers; creating a library of reusable, easily customized content to enable AE self-service; proactively partnering with the field by attending deal reviews and account plans to identify and address content gaps; and supporting expansion into new industries and lines of business while maintaining messaging consistency.
You'll succeed in this role with 5+ years of product marketing, competitive/deal-based marketing, or hybrid sales-and-marketing experience in B2B SaaS. You should have a proven track record of building content that directly influenced enterprise deal outcomes, strong storytelling instincts, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for VP and C-level audiences. Comfort working directly with sales and customers in-deal, including in front of prospects and at events, is essential. You'll need high agency and a bias to action—spotting gaps and building fixes proactively. Experience in BI, data analytics, or the modern data stack is a strong plus. Industry-specific selling experience and Solutions Engineering partnership experience are nice-to-haves.
