Lynx Financial Crime Tech is an AI-powered software company specializing in fraud detection and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) prevention. The company develops advanced technologies for real-time decision-making using AI and machine learning, serving global financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprises. You will join the Marketing team as a Product Marketing Content specialist, responsible for creating and maintaining marketing collateral that translates complex technical and product concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences. Key responsibilities include: - Create and maintain product marketing collateral including whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, product sheets, presentations, and web content focused on fraud and AML solutions - Define, structure, and produce internal and external content ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and positioning across markets and channels - Translate technical and product concepts into differentiated narratives for customers, prospects, and internal teams - Collaborate with product, sales, technical, and regional teams (Spain, LATAM, global) to develop enablement materials and thought leadership content on financial crime Required qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or B2B communications in technology/software environments, preferably fintech, cybersecurity, risk, or financial crime - Demonstrated experience creating marketing collateral (whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, product sheets, sales presentations, web content) that translates complex technical concepts into clear narratives - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field - Professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) - Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and channels - Autonomy, results orientation, and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while meeting deadlines Desirable qualifications: - Domain knowledge of fraud, AML, or financial risk - Complementary training in fintech, financial crime, or compliance - Portuguese language skills - Experience collaborating with product, sales, and technical teams on product and sales enablement initiatives - Familiarity with marketing, content, and design tools (HubSpot, CMS, Adobe, Canva) and content performance metrics The company offers a hybrid, collaborative work model with medical insurance, life insurance, wellness benefits (Wellhub), and professional development opportunities.
