ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Product Marketer to lead the go-to-market strategy for ElevenLabs for Government, a newly launched initiative targeting government and public sector agencies globally. The company, founded in 2023, has rapidly scaled to serve millions of users and thousands of businesses, with a $11B valuation and backing from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia.
In this role, you will own positioning and packaging for ElevenLabs' government offerings, scaling the narrative across multiple regions including the UK, EU, US (federal, state, and local), and APAC/LATAM public sector agencies. The core value proposition centers on ElevenAgents—a conversational AI platform that helps government agencies handle increased call volumes in multiple languages with existing staffing levels. Key use cases include non-emergency contact centers (311), benefits and eligibility determination, health and social services, licensing and permitting, and accessibility-focused citizen services.
Your responsibilities include anchoring messaging in citizen outcomes, positioning solutions around compliance, accessibility, language requirements, security, and data residency mandates. You will lead industry content creation, develop landing pages, and establish thought leadership in the government AI space.
You bring 5+ years of product marketing experience with proven success scaling messaging into government and public sector segments from both growth and product marketing roles. You have marketed to multiple public sector verticals and possess technical depth in conversational AI (latency, telephony, tool calls, evaluations, guardrails). You excel at project management across multiple countries and regulatory environments, and you work autonomously with strong initiative and learning orientation.
ElevenLabs operates with a high-velocity, impact-driven culture emphasizing AI-first approaches, minimal bureaucracy, and global talent prioritization. The company offers professional development stipends, annual company offsites, social travel budgets, and co-working support for distributed team members.
