Confido is an AI infrastructure platform serving 200+ CPG brands (OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, Tropicana) that unifies finance, accounting, sales, and operations workflows. The company is growing 5x year-over-year with a small team in NYC. You will own product marketing strategy and execution as one of the first PMMs at Confido, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This is a founding-level role with significant ownership and influence over how the company positions itself and tells its story to the market. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and refine positioning, messaging, and narrative for the platform as the product evolves - Define product-market clarity: ICP, buyer personas, user jobs-to-be-done, competitive alternatives, and expansion drivers - Manage product launches end-to-end, including planning, narrative development, and cross-functional orchestration - Build a customer-insight engine using lightweight automations (Gong, HubSpot, Zapier) to extract themes, quotes, and competitive intelligence from calls and win/loss data - Create GTM enablement assets (battlecards, messaging) that equip sales reps to win deals - Source, write, and deploy case studies and customer proof points into the sales process - Develop an integrated plan connecting product roadmap to marketing calendar across lifecycle, social, partnerships, and brand moments Success is measured on pipeline influence and deal velocity, not activity. You'll track deal velocity, win rate, influenced pipeline trajectory, launch adoption impact, and enablement effectiveness. Required: 7+ years of product marketing experience (not adjacent functions). Ideal background in CPG/commerce software or B2B technology where you've translated complex products into clear positioning. You need excellent writing and narrative instincts, financial/quantitative fluency for pipeline reporting, strong cross-functional project management, and willingness to work in-office 5 days/week at NYC headquarters. The role offers equity, 100% covered health insurance, fertility support, 12 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, 401(k), relocation support, and a fully equipped workspace.
