Sensor Tower (now Data.ai) is seeking a Product Manager for Web Insights to own strategy and execution of web and generative AI analytics products. The role involves direct ownership of high-impact initiatives sourced from customer requests, including building SEO/competitive-traffic solutions with URL-level traffic data, improving competitive discovery and reporting UX, and expanding GenAI citations and brand-visibility tracking.
Key responsibilities include conducting user interviews to identify needs and pain points related to web traffic and engagement data; writing clear technical requirements for new features, metrics, and data delivery solutions; collaborating daily with Data Science and Engineering to prioritize, scope, and ship improvements; proposing and maintaining a roadmap for Web and Generative AI Insights releases; analyzing usage and product data to identify opportunities and measure feature impact; communicating functional and business details to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams; and monitoring data quality and accuracy of web estimates.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional experience in product management at B2B or SaaS companies, with experience working on data products, analytics platforms, or APIs. Strong SQL skills and comfort using data directly to inform decisions are essential. Background in web analytics, competitive intelligence, digital marketing, or SEO is preferred. Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (Snowflake, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel) is a plus. The role requires AI fluency and comfort working daily with tools like Claude, building custom agents, and leveraging MCP integrations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and cross-functional collaboration experience with Engineering, Design, and Sales/GTM teams are critical. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
