Salary: EUR 55,000 - 70,000 / annual

Monzo is a digital bank on a mission to make money work for everyone, transforming traditional banking through innovative products and exceptional customer service. The Subscriptions team manages Monzo's subscription offerings (Extra, Perks, Max), which have grown substantially and are now scaling to new markets and growth vectors. As Product Manager for Subscriptions, you will drive the strategy and execution of subscription products, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to subscribers while driving engagement and growth. Your responsibilities include: • Develop deep understanding of subscriber needs, behaviors, and pain points through customer research and data analysis • Identify growth opportunities across markets by collaborating with data and user research teams • Define clear problems, prioritize effectively, and focus on high-impact opportunities • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, data, and marketing to shape and deliver product improvements and new value propositions • Collaborate with other Subscriptions squads to ensure strong customer experience • Track performance against goals and use data to validate what works You should have shipped high-quality digital products in fast-moving environments, ideally with subscription or expansion experience. You're highly customer-focused, data-driven, and comfortable with experimentation and optimization. You work effectively across discovery and delivery, from problem identification to market testing. You can operate autonomously in ambiguous spaces, inspire teams around product vision, and balance meaningful customer and business outcomes over feature shipping. You collaborate well across diverse disciplines including engineering, design, data, research, marketing, legal, and compliance.
