Sonder is a workplace health, safety, and wellbeing platform that delivers 24/7 support through a blend of technology and human expertise. Founded in 2017 and backed by Seek and Blackbird, the company supports over one million members across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK with a team of 200+ professionals.
You will own the product roadmap for the Sonder member app, where millions access safety, medical, and mental health support. Working in a small, passionate team, you'll drive the evolution from episodic support to continuous, connected care—including care plans, AI-powered guidance, and new product add-ons for employer customers.
This is an opportunity for either an experienced product manager seeking their next step up or a Senior Product Manager; the level depends on the scope you've already managed. You'll collaborate across engineering, clinical teams, customer success, sales, and leadership to ship outcomes that matter.
Key responsibilities include owning the member app roadmap, defining and linking product objectives to business goals, making sound prioritization decisions across competing stakeholder needs, co-designing with customers and running user research, managing initiatives end-to-end through go-to-market, and leveraging AI thoughtfully in both your workflow and product delivery.
Sonder offers a hybrid, flexible working environment with dog-friendly Sydney HQ, free Sonder app access for employees and families, generous parental leave (12 weeks primary, 4 weeks secondary), study leave, an employee share option plan, salary packaging, $250 annual wellbeing fund, and 2 days volunteer leave per year.

- Experience owning initiatives end-to-end across an engineering team through go-to-market with sales, customer success, and marketing
- Practical fluency with AI in your own workflow (prototyping, PRDs, research) and in deploying it to users with trust considerations
- Genuine care for the people the product serves and motivation to make a real difference to members' lives
**Nice-to-haves:**
- Previous experience in health tech or healthcare product, or deep passion for the space
