You will own the product strategy for internal platforms powering FYUL's global manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment operations. This role sits at the intersection of software, physical operations, and hardware—your work will directly shape how thousands of operators, technicians, inventory specialists, and managers move, decide, and act on facility floors worldwide.
This is not traditional product management. You'll build deep understanding of production environments—how tools interact with equipment and workflows, and how digital systems translate into real operational outcomes. A core responsibility is bridging merchant and end-customer needs with internal operations: solving problems for the people FYUL serves by improving and automating behind-the-scenes processes.
You'll help build smarter, more automated production systems, shaping how the company uses data, automation, and hardware (scanners, printers, etc.) to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency. This is a senior leadership role where you'll take ownership of complex domains, drive strategy and roadmaps across one or more teams, and set a high bar for how product work gets done.
FYUL (formed in 2024 from the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce) powers on-demand commerce at global scale, serving solo creators through entertainment giants. The company is fast-growing and global, with a supportive, ambitious team serious about execution.
You'll have the option to work remotely or from the modern office in Riga, with flexible hours (start as late as 11 AM). Benefits include private health insurance, 2 extra paid mental/physical wellness days, 1 extra birthday/celebration day, internal and external learning, mentorship, free healthy lunch at the Riga office, employee merch discount, and team-building events. Travel to production facilities across Europe, the United States, and Mexico is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience building internal platforms (ERP, OMS, WMS, or similar) in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments
- Experience with hardware-integrated solutions (scanners, printers, IoT, automation equipment)
- Strong understanding of how software interacts with physical processes: production lines, inventory flows, workforce operations
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational efficiency methodologies, with ability to apply them to drive real cost-effectiveness
- Ability to think about UX beyond the screen, considering full physical user journey in high-pressure environments (production facilities, warehouses)
- Willingness to get close to the work: shadowing operators and validating solutions directly in production environments
- Comfort working in environments where success depends on both system design and real-world adoption
- Willingness and ability to travel to production facilities across Europe, the United States, and Mexico
