Infinitus is an AI communications platform serving healthcare, automating complex interactions between patients, providers, payors, and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). The company has automated over 7 million calls and 100M+ minutes of conversation, and is backed by over $100M from top-tier investors including Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Andreessen Horowitz, and Coatue. As Product Manager for Payor Agents, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core component of the Infinitus AI Hub. Payor Agents are AI-driven systems that interact with payors and PBMs to handle administrative work around coverage, patient cost responsibility, and approval requirements—critical information that determines access to specialty therapies. You will set the product vision and direction while also diving deep into operational data to diagnose failures, understand payor and PBM behavior patterns, and prioritize high-impact fixes. Key ownership areas include: product strategy and roadmap; the channel and fallback model (deciding whether to route through digital connections, automated calls, or live conversations); quality, reliability, and success rate metrics; handling incomplete or inaccurate customer data; evaluating and integrating data sources and partnerships; and customer delivery through pilots and go-lives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing task-level data and customer feedback to identify patterns and opportunities; writing clear specs and requirements; designing and refining routing and escalation logic; evaluating new data sources and partners; participating in customer and prospect calls; collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to translate customer needs into roadmap priorities; working with Operations and Enablement on rollouts; partnering with the AI Hub PM on broader strategy; and mentoring teammates. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with engineering, Data, Operations, Enablement, Customer Success, and Sales. You will operate in a regulated, safety-first environment where accuracy and compliance are non-negotiable. The role demands both strategic vision (three-year product direction) and hands-on execution (root-cause analysis and shipping fixes). The position is hybrid, based in the San Francisco office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office). The company offers competitive salary, equity, 401(k), wellness stipend, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision), generous PTO, parental leave, and bi-annual offsites. **REQUIREMENTS** - 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product or product line with a track record of both setting strategy and delivering results - Hands-on, detail-oriented approach: comfortable working in data, tickets, specs, and customer calls; ability to follow problems to root cause - Experience in healthcare, ideally in payor, pharmacy benefit, specialty pharma, or patient support workflows, with clear understanding of system breakdowns - Strong systems thinking: comfortable designing workflows where software, AI, and human operations are integrated - Fluency with data: ability to define metrics, build or own dashboards, and make evidence-based decisions - Experience with integrations, data partnerships, or platform products - Ability to operate in a regulated, safety-first environment where accuracy and compliance are critical - Strong cross-functional and customer-facing skills, including direct engagement with customers on complex problems - Curious, accountable, startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats - Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship
