Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 / annual

In this Product Manager role, you will be the voice of the customer and driver of product strategy. Your responsibilities include:
- Deeply understand customer and user pain points through check-in meetings, implementation processes, support tickets, and product usage analysis
- Distill customer insights into clear problem statements and prioritized product enhancements
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to execute the implementation of product features and capabilities
- Support overall team and product success by testing complex feature releases, configuring prospect demos, and filling gaps as needed
- Work in-office in New York, collaborating closely with leadership and customer teams
- Occasional travel to Europe required

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager
- Strong understanding of large enterprise customer needs and complexities
- Ability to articulate clear, succinct perspectives
- Attention to detail and care for the little things
- Collaborative mindset; belief that good ideas come from anywhere
- Commitment to deeply understanding problems before jumping to solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
