Adaptive is a vertical AI company of 50 building an agentic operating system for the $2 trillion U.S. construction industry. The company works with over 1,000 customers, partners with 50+ accounting firms, and has raised $26M from Emergence, a16z, and other top-tier investors. You will join as Product Manager for Integrations, reporting to the Product Lead & Head of Growth. This is a high-impact role driving the next chapter of growth as Adaptive moves upmarket to serve mid-market and enterprise construction companies seeking agentic AI capabilities. Your core mission: own the product strategy and execution for ERP integrations that connect Adaptive's AI agents and platform suite to customers' existing tech stacks. You'll run discovery to understand integration needs, define the roadmap, and partner closely with design and engineering to build and launch integrations that enable construction companies to automate decades-old manual back-office workflows—compliance tracking, subcontractor payments, field-to-office coordination, and more. Key responsibilities include: • Own product initiatives end-to-end, focusing on real-world outcomes and impact • Define and shape product vision and strategy by translating user needs, workflow complexity, and business priorities into a clear, scalable roadmap • Be the voice of the customer through discovery calls, support ticket analysis, and problem statement definition • Build, launch, and iterate on new capabilities from 0→1 and 1→scale with fast learning cycles • Create clarity and alignment across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams • Set a high bar for execution, usability, and platform coherence You'll work in a rare environment where deep construction domain knowledge meets deep AI fluency—a combination the team has built across finance, technology, and construction backgrounds. The role offers direct exposure to building real AI agents that matter to real businesses in an industry that is among the least digitized and where no AI leader has yet emerged. REQUIREMENTS: • 5–7 years of experience leading development of integrations with a proven track record of delivering complex technical products • Demonstrated experience building or launching Construction ERP integrations; experience with QuickBooks, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE, Sage Intacct for Construction, and Procore is a plus • Strong technical acumen to go deep with engineers on tactical decisions and translate them into customer value • Exceptional product sense and user empathy, especially when navigating complex multi-system integration solutions • High ownership mindset—you treat the product as yours, move fast when it matters, and take initiative without waiting to be told
