UiPath is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the evolution of agentic business orchestration and automation—a critical platform surface where AI agents, deterministic robots, APIs, and humans compose into reliable, auditable, enterprise workflows.
You will own the roadmap for a core area of the agentic orchestration product suite, such as agent runtime, planner/router, human-in-the-loop systems, governance, or process composition. Your mission is to translate cutting-edge advances in reasoning, tool use, and long-horizon planning into practical, governable enterprise features that keep UiPath ahead of frontier model capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and execute roadmap for agent orchestration, translating AI research into production-grade features
- Build ecosystem around agents, processes, and connectors to enable customers and partners to share and scale agentic patterns
- Operate as an AI-multiplied PM: use AI to synthesize customer signals, draft specs, prototype flows, and run evaluations
- Own competitive positioning and partner with marketing and go-to-market teams on messaging
- Define and track metrics that matter—task success rate, intervention rate, cost-per-completion, time-to-value—to drive prioritization
- Spend significant time with enterprise customers and internal users to prioritize requirements and ship improvements
- Collaborate daily with engineering, applied AI/research teams, and GTM teams
You will work closely with Fortune 500 operators, developers, engineers, and executives, equally comfortable debugging agent traces, prototyping, enabling GTM, and presenting strategy.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years combined product management and engineering experience, including at least 1 year as a professional engineer or solutions architect
- Deep technical background shipping technical products cross-functionally with engineering and applied AI/research teams
- Track record launching ambitious products with distribution or commercial success (enterprise SaaS, automation, workflow, iPaaS, or developer platforms preferred)
- Hands-on familiarity with frontier models, agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, MCP, etc.), and orchestration landscape
- Practical AI literacy—daily use of AI-assisted product tools for research, spec drafting, prototyping
- Strong data synthesis instinct; comfortable with SQL/notebooks and translating analytics into strategic decisions
- High customer empathy; conduct own user research and discovery calls
- Excellent stakeholder communication across executives, enterprise buyers, engineers, and researchers
- Creative, hacker spirit and comfort solving novel problems
Nice-to-have: prompt engineering or evals experience, BPM/RPA/iPaaS background, domain depth in regulated verticals, multilingual abilities.
