GovWorx is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead HIRE, a mission-critical product supporting public safety and emergency communications. This role owns execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of HIRE, working at the intersection of engineering, customers, and compliance with a strong focus on Agile execution, real-world user feedback, and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include driving Agile/Scrum execution by maintaining prioritized backlogs, leading sprint ceremonies, and maintaining delivery velocity. You will plan and track project timelines, build release plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and surface risks early with clear mitigation options. The role requires leading customer implementations and feedback loops by orchestrating pilots, coordinating training, and iterating features based on real-world call-taker feedback. You will champion data-driven decision-making by defining KPIs such as call-handling time and AI adoption rate, instrumenting product analytics, and adapting the roadmap based on measurable outcomes. Ensuring compliance and security alignment is critical—you'll collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to maintain CJIS and SOC 2 compliance. Additionally, you'll collaborate on go-to-market and support enablement by providing product expertise for marketing, sales, and support collateral, and briefing internal teams ahead of each release. The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of product management or closely related product leadership experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex, customer-facing software products from discovery through delivery. You need deep hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum teams, proven ability to manage backlogs and maintain predictable delivery velocity, and a track record of leading customer implementations and phased rollouts in production environments. Advanced ability to define, monitor, and act on KPIs is essential. Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments (CJIS, SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, or similar) is required. Strong cross-functional leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level communication, are critical. Must pass FBI fingerprint and background check in multiple states. US applicants only.
