Mineralys Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing medicines to treat hypertension and related comorbidities including chronic kidney disease, obstructive sleep apnea, and aldosterone-driven diseases. The company's lead candidate, lorundrostat, is a proprietary oral aldosterone synthase inhibitor. Headquartered in Radnor, Pennsylvania, Mineralys operates as a fully remote organization. As the company prepares for its first commercial launch, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager for HCP (Healthcare Provider) Marketing to build foundational marketing capabilities and shape the promotional medical education strategy for a best-in-class product launch. Reporting to the Senior Director of HCP Marketing, this role is responsible for translating HCP brand strategy into high-impact launch execution that drives awareness, engagement, and adoption. The Product Manager will connect data to insight, refine messaging, and drive effective field activation and omnichannel execution. Key responsibilities include developing promotional materials, sales resources, training content, and customer-facing programs that are strategically aligned, clinically appropriate, and compliant with regulations. The role involves partnering with Sales Training to support field meetings and point-of-action execution, managing field communications and resource inventory, and overseeing HCP product budgets and expenses to maximize ROI. The Product Manager will also manage agency relationships, project timelines, and tactical execution. This position requires both strategic and hands-on executional leadership. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep HCP marketing experience including launch planning, messaging, creative campaign development, tactical execution, and cross-functional leadership. Previous launch experience and cardiovascular or chronic care background is strongly preferred. The role suits individuals who thrive in entrepreneurial settings and are motivated to shape a brand from inception.
