Salary: USD 150,000 - 220,000 / annual

As a Product Manager, you will own a product area end-to-end, responsible for understanding customer problems, writing precise specifications, and driving execution with engineering and design teams. You'll become an industry expert in mortgage lending, providing the business and regulatory context needed to solve critical customer problems. This involves working closely with existing and prospective customers to deeply understand their needs, shaping how AI is applied to a regulated industry, and helping build out the product team and company culture.
The role requires high curiosity and persistence to learn the mortgage ecosystem, though deep prior knowledge is not expected. You'll distill complex learnings into crisp insights, particularly in writing. Success requires proactivity, resourcefulness, and comfort navigating ambiguity. You should love complex problems, respect domain expertise from customers and industry partners, and take pride in the detailed work that separates great products from good ones.
Bonus experience includes prior work in financial services or enterprise products.
