Nava is a fast-growing benefits brokerage fusing deep healthcare expertise with cutting-edge technology to modernize how employers and employees navigate health insurance. The company serves for-profit, non-profit, and government entities, offering AI-powered tools (HQ platform) and expert advocacy to help HR teams manage renewals, simplify strategy, and empower employees to make informed healthcare decisions. In this Product Manager role, you will lead the employee-facing product area, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer and co-founder. You'll own the full product lifecycle for tools that help employees compare insurance products, find doctors, understand costs in real time, and connect with expert Advocates to resolve access and billing issues. Key responsibilities include: - Drive engagement and satisfaction with employee-facing technology products, helping users make informed healthcare decisions and access needed care and support - Shape and evolve the product roadmap in partnership with the CPO, Customer Advisory Board, and internal stakeholders, translating customer needs and company strategy into clear priorities - Set annual product goals and measurable targets; align the team around outcomes that matter most; use evidence of impact to guide decisions throughout the year - Work closely with product support teams to uncover usability issues, bugs, and friction; relentlessly pursue resolution and verify improvements - Partner with product marketing to tell a compelling story about products and drive adoption among prospects and existing customers - Lead close partnership across engineering and design to move from discovery to delivery, learn quickly, and build products others copy You are a voracious learner with a growth mindset who frames objectives as outcomes rather than features. You use storytelling and data to align teams around a course of action. You're comfortable with modern AI tools (Claude, Codex) and navigating complex codebases. You thrive working with small, highly effective teams to deliver innovative products that improve lives. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years in product management - Demonstrated track record of taking products from zero to one and finding product-market fit, with bias toward action and rapid learning - Experience deploying and scaling mission-critical SaaS products - Evidence of delivering measurable improvements in product adoption, engagement, satisfaction, or other meaningful customer and business outcomes - Experience aligning cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders around product priorities, goals, and tradeoffs
