DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform that automates accounting workflows from data entry through financial close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier investors (Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR startups to publicly traded enterprises.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own strategy and execution for a major product area spanning AI agents, machine learning, and complex data integration workflows. Your responsibilities include:
- Setting multi-quarter roadmap and strategy for a core product area, creating clarity for cross-functional teams
- Owning end-to-end technical domains including agentic systems, ML pipelines, and LLM vs. deterministic trade-offs
- Designing data ingestion architecture across dozens of third-party systems with real-time synchronization and bi-directional workflows
- Building evaluation systems that make reliability and accuracy measurable outcomes, with agents posting directly to the general ledger
- Driving high-impact, ambiguous bets from problem framing through launch and iteration
- Holding the product area accountable to business metrics (retention, activation, expansion) rather than feature velocity
- Partnering with engineering and design leadership on technical architecture decisions spanning multiple teams
- Improving internal processes and operating models to accelerate shipping velocity
You bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management with a track record of owning product lines and driving measurable business outcomes. You have deep hands-on experience shipping AI/ML features to production, reasoning about failure modes, evals, and technical trade-offs. You communicate clearly, create alignment across senior stakeholders, and thrive in ambiguity with high agency and ownership.
Nice-to-have qualifications include hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI), daily use of AI coding tools, accounting/ERP/fintech domain expertise, MBA, and technical background (CS/engineering).
The role is in-office in New York with significant equity ownership, early-stage growth opportunity, and a high-trust, high-expectations environment.
