Bastion provides regulated infrastructure for stablecoins, combining custodial wallets, global payment orchestration, and stablecoin issuance. We are seeking a Product Manager to own the Shared Services vertical—the foundational capabilities that every other product area depends on.
In this high-leverage individual contributor role, you will turn ambiguous, compliance-heavy problems into clear, sequenced, shippable work. You'll own the roadmap, requirements, compliance checkpoints, quality bar, and stakeholder communication for a vertical that gates customer commitments across the platform. Shared Services sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and compliance, focusing on controls and obligations that make stablecoin infrastructure trustworthy: identity and due-diligence flows, third-party risk controls, regulatory reporting, and policies governing money movement.
First 30 days: Learn the Shared Services surface area and its dependencies across verticals. Meet partners in Engineering, Compliance, and GTM to understand escalation paths. Take ownership of at least one compliance-critical workstream, turning it into clear, engineer-ready specs. Stand up a lightweight triage cadence to manage incoming requirements. Ship or unblock visible progress on at least one customer-gating milestone.
By 90 days: Own the Shared Services roadmap end-to-end, including themes, sequencing, milestones, and compliance checkpoints. Run a predictable operating rhythm (planning, triage, risk tracking, stakeholder updates) that Engineering and Compliance can rely on. Drive requirements and delivery across several concurrent regulated workstreams while maintaining quality. Partner with Compliance to define and track checkpoints that keep flows defensible without stalling delivery.
By 180 days: Sustain delivery across regulated workstreams with consistent quality. Build instrumentation and feedback loops that make prioritization and compliance tracking repeatable. Institutionalize requirements, triage, and checkpoint practices so the vertical runs consistently as load grows. Anticipate upcoming regulatory and customer obligations and get ahead of them in the roadmap. Reduce recurring load on Engineering through better sequencing and reusable capability.
Key challenges include turning open-ended compliance obligations into clear, shippable product work; sequencing a heavily loaded vertical so highest-gating items land first; reasoning clearly about stablecoin infrastructure (issuance, custody, settlement, on-chain movement) to make sound tradeoffs; maintaining reliable triage and requirements cadence under heavy, shifting workload; and creating clarity from ambiguity when obligations are incomplete or customer needs conflict.
This role may be up-leveled to Senior PM depending on candidate qualifications and interview performance. No prior stablecoin experience required. Preference for prior experience with fintech, compliance, or risk.

- Ability to drive delivery across concurrent regulated workstreams
- Strong requirements definition and sequencing skills
- Preference for fintech, compliance, or risk domain experience
- No prior stablecoin experience required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute meaningfully in first week
