With deep integrations across 300+ payment service providers and alternative payment methods, DEUNA processes over 20% of Mexico's digital economy and is expanding into the U.S. market to serve large retailers, marketplaces, airlines, and QSRs.
In this Product Manager role, you will drive the development and launch of payment solutions across new and existing markets. You'll work closely with Engineering, Commercial, and Implementation Management teams to support product strategy execution, build and maintain the product roadmap, and contribute input on feature prioritization based on business impact and technical feasibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting execution of product strategy for payment solutions aligned with business goals
- Building and maintaining the product roadmap with input on feature prioritization
- Collaborating with Engineering, Commercial, Product Marketing, and Implementation Management on successful product development and launches
- Defining and tracking key product metrics to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities
- Communicating product value and capabilities to diverse stakeholders
- Translating business requirements into detailed specifications for Engineering execution

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related areas
- Familiarity with the payments ecosystem (authorization, capture, refund, card features like network tokens and 3D-Secure)
- Ability to define, track, and interpret key payments metrics using data to guide decisions and prioritization
- Skill in translating business requirements into detailed specifications for Engineering
- Comfort with product management and roadmap tools (Jira, Notion) and experience writing PRDs/technical specs
- Comfort working with data to track performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
