ComboCurve is a cloud-based software platform serving the energy sector, specializing in asset evaluation, reservoir management, and forecasting. The company helps operators, engineers, and financial teams streamline workflows and make data-driven decisions through integrated analytics and real-time insights.
You will join as a Product Manager in a client-facing role, bridging the gap between customers, sales, customer success, and the engineering team. Your primary focus will be understanding the customer journey, identifying pain points, and translating customer needs into product improvements and new features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee software development projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery against specifications
- Monitor project status and keep stakeholders informed of progress and blockers
- Conduct workflow discovery and research with clients to understand their needs and build relationships
- Define user stories for software features from the end-user perspective, articulating clear value propositions
- Leverage deep knowledge of customer pain points, goals, and expectations to continuously enhance the customer experience
- Analyze competitive positioning and market landscape to identify optimal niches for product offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, and marketing

Requirements:
- Expertise and hands-on experience with the ComboCurve platform
- Experience working with software development teams and Agile Scrum methodology
- Python coding experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across organizational levels
- Ability to act quickly, drive continuous improvement, and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Desire to learn and lead innovation in the oil and gas industry
