Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 / annual
Jerry.ai is a Series C, YC-backed fintech startup with 5M+ customers and $240M in funding. Founded in 2017, the company launched its product in 2019 and achieved profitability in 2024. Jerry is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets—starting with car insurance and now expanding into home, motorcycle, RV, and boat verticals.
The company's mission is to transform the fragmented and outdated experience of owning physical assets. Every step of the journey—buying, insuring, maintaining, repairing, selling—is currently complicated and expensive. Jerry aims to be the trusted friend in your pocket who handles everything seamlessly.
This year alone, Jerry launched 5 new products: home insurance, property tax, motorcycle insurance, car repair shop bids, and roadside assistance. Each new business brings distinct operational complexity, unique customer pain points, and its own path to scale.
You will report directly to the Cofounder/CEO (2x YC founder) and work on building or scaling one of Jerry's new product verticals. This is a rare opportunity to develop product craft while learning from a serial founder's decision-making process. You will be exposed to nearly every function at the company—product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data—and will understand how a late-stage tech startup executes big-picture strategies and navigates complex business challenges during rapid growth.
Success in this role typically leads to advancement into product leadership or commercial leadership positions (e.g., owning P&L) at Jerry or elsewhere. The role requires in-person presence in the Palo Alto office five days a week for at least the first 6–12 months as you develop independence.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideally 1+ years of experience in a demanding environment such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or an early-stage startup
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Ability to work in-person in Palo Alto office five days a week for at least the first 6–12 months
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada (hiring restrictions apply)
