Salary: USD 182,000 - 217,000 / annual
Devoted Health is seeking a Director-level Product Leader to shape strategy and execution of critical product initiatives that directly impact outcomes across the organization. You will drive data-driven product decisions focused on service quality, cost savings, accuracy, and clinical quality. This role requires close partnership with Clinical, Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, and Compliance teams to deliver solutions aligned with member needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead outcome-oriented product strategy: develop and own the product roadmap with focus on measurable operational outcomes (cost reduction, clinical quality, member experience and retention, team efficiency)
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, and Clinical teams to define and execute product initiatives, driving alignment and ensuring smooth delivery
- Stakeholder communication: regularly communicate insights, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders, translating complex data and product strategy into clear, actionable insights
- Serve as subject matter expert on your product area and digital service delivery within the organization, providing guidance to senior leadership

Requirements:
- 8+ years of software product management experience
- 4+ years in healthcare or health insurance with proven track record of shipping new workflows/solutions to drive key business outcomes
- Ability to partner with diverse stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams; strong listening and synthesis skills
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience leveraging data to drive product strategy, optimization, and decision-making
- Proactive "get it done" attitude with skills to back it up
- Comfort with uncertainty, fast pace, and flexibility inherent in a startup environment
Desired Experience:
- Working experience in health insurance or care delivery environment, partnering with clinical and operational leaders
- Comfort shipping quickly inside compliance and privacy constraints
- Experience shipping LLM-backed chat, assistance, or summarization in production
- Experience owning consumer app or web experience at scale with focus on adoption and retention
- Experience owning software for professional audiences (practitioners) where success metrics include time on task, error rates, and adoption
- Familiarity with clinical workflow, EHR or care management systems, and designing around documentation and regulatory requirements
