Savvy is reinventing wealth management for independent financial advisors. The company operates as a registered investment advisor (RIA) that partners with experienced advisors, providing them with a modern, AI-native platform, marketing support, investment management, and back-office operations. Savvy has raised $200M, employs 170+ people, and is on track for $100M ARR in 2026. Inc. ranked Savvy the No. 1 fastest-growing financial services company in America.
In this Product Manager role, you will own a complete product area from initial customer discovery through revenue impact. You'll define vision and strategy, build roadmaps, execute launches, and measure outcomes. Your scope could span AI-powered back-office operations, advisor-facing tools, growth initiatives, or platform infrastructure—depending on where you can have the most impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area; making disciplined prioritization decisions
- Conducting deep customer research with advisors and internal operations teams to identify high-impact problems
- Rapid prototyping using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools before engineering commits resources
- Leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, operations) from ideation through launch and adoption
- Defining success metrics upfront, measuring outcomes post-launch, and understanding unit economics and cost structure
- Writing clear, concise specs that drive decisions
- Contributing to how product development works at an AI-native organization
The company emphasizes AI as a core capability: Savvy Intelligence (launched April 2026) is an AI system built specifically for wealth managers to see clients' complete financial pictures. The entire organization uses Claude daily and maintains a dedicated AI enablement team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in product management, or equivalent experience building product as an engineer or founder, ideally at a fast-growing startup (the company notes they hire for learning velocity, so less experience is acceptable if you demonstrate exceptional capability)
- Daily hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor; demonstrated track record of building real products with AI/LLM tools
- Deep understanding of how AI products work: prompting, retrieval, evaluation, and knowing when not to trust model outputs
- Commercial acumen: comfort discussing pricing, unit economics, and go-to-market strategy at the same level as product features
- Strong product taste and sufficient technical depth to engage substantively with engineers
- Comfort with data analysis and ability to identify when data is misleading
- Clear writing and communication skills
- Low ego, high ownership mentality; preference for solving problems over making excuses
NICE TO HAVE:
- Shipped AI or LLM products to production users
- Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or wealth management (the company is willing to teach industry specifics)
- Founder experience or track record building product lines from zero
