Salary: USD 136,000 - 217,000 / annual

The Financial Planning & Strategy (FP&S) team drives strategic decision-making through cross-functional partnerships, financial analysis, and domain expertise. You will join this team as a Product Finance & Strategy Manager, supporting growth across Checkr's new and emerging products. In this role, you will own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a portfolio of new and growth products. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Analytics teams to support roadmap decisions, evaluate investment opportunities, and inform executive strategy. Key responsibilities include: • Owning financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for new and growth products • Partnering with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Analytics on roadmap, investment, and operating decisions • Evaluating new products, use cases, pricing, and packaging opportunities using financial and strategic frameworks • Delivering data-driven insights on growth, margin, risk, and ROI to inform executive decisions • Leveraging AI tools to improve planning speed, analysis quality, reporting workflows, and decision support This is a high-impact role requiring strong financial judgment, fast execution in ambiguous environments, and the ability to turn complexity into clear, decision-ready recommendations. REQUIREMENTS: • 6–9+ years of experience in strategic finance, product finance, business operations, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar analytical roles • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills across forecasting, scenario analysis, pricing, and investment cases • Experience partnering with Product and/or Engineering on roadmap, prioritization, and resource allocation decisions • Strong business judgment and executive communication; ability to turn ambiguity into clear, decision-ready recommendations • High ownership, bias for action, and experience with or desire to become "AI Native" to improve decision-making • A-player mindset with strong bias for action: raises the bar, moves with urgency, stays resilient through ambiguity, takes ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes
